With a degree in Education, but a genuine love for the area, Amy Wise-Coble moved to Santa Rosa Beach immediately after completing her degree at Auburn University. She spent her first summer working at the front desk for the Seaside Cottage Rental Agency. And, with the exception of returning to Alabama for one school year to teach, she has been proud to call South Walton home since that time. Beginning her full time hospitality career in 1994 by returning to Seaside, she quickly moved through the ranks of the Owner Services Department from Cottage Inspector, to Quality Control Administrator, to Owner Services Manager. In 1997, Wise-Coble joined the management team at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort to open their new premiere beachfront product, Westwinds. During her ten years with Sandestin she gained additional experience as Director of Rental Management, Director of Rental and Association Management, Director of Housekeeping, and Director of Lodging Operations. In 2007, Wise-Coble returned to familiar territory by joining the Cottage Rental Agency, Seaside Florida as General Manager and remained with that organization for the past four years. She also currently serves as a member of the Walton County TDC Advisory Council.
With a degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism from the University of Kentucky, Ben found his way to Northwest Florida as an Intern for the Front Desk at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. After returning to UK to finish his degree, Ben returned to the area and quickly progressed in his career from Front Office Supervisor, to the Front Office Manager responsible for the operation of the check in area located at the Grand Sandestin. He then transferred to the Cottage Rental Agency, Seaside, FL as the Rooms Manager responsible for all aspects of Housekeeping and Front Office Operations. Before joining the Vacation Rental of NW Florida team, Ben's last position was as Director of Lodging for The Palms in Destin. Ben has also successfully completed Leadership Walton, a nine-month program sponsored by the Greater Walton Chamber of Commerce to develop community leaders in the region.
In 2005, Regina Hayse decided to pursue a career in the Hospitality Industry and started that process by securing her Florida Real Estate license. After securing her license, she was quickly employed by Endless Horizon Realty. There she served as a long-term property manager for over 200 properties that included single-family homes, condominiums and apartments. Her duties included all aspects of owner and tenant communication, financial statement preparation, coordinating maintenance and cleaning between tenants. In 2008, Regina decided to secure her Florida Condominium Association Management license to further broaden her knowledge of Florida Sunshine Law as it applies to associations and operations. In 2011, Regina accepted a position with Harmony Beach Vacation Rentals where she worked in their Destin office and on site at Pirates Bay. Today, Regina remains at Pirates Bay as the on site manager for Vacation Rentals of Northwest Florida and is the key player responsible for on site operations. Regina lives in Fort Walton Beach, Florida with her husband and two children.
